I teach movement for a living, surrounded by equipment, and I still struggle to fit in my own practice. A few months ago I started seeing a mentor every two weeks just to have somewhere to show up. Three months in, I'm walking more, I feel more ease through my body, and my mood has genuinely improved. I'm fairly certain my family appreciates that last part. 😉
