Gyrotonic Strength & Flow is a 50-minute group equipment class designed to build strength, coordination, and endurance using the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower. This class follows a continuous, rhythmic pace, linking exercises together to create a dynamic, full-body workout. Expect to challenge your core stability, mobility, and overall power while moving with precision and control.
Previous Gyrotonic experience is required to attend. Space is limited to four (4) participants for personalized attention.

Designed with dancers in mind but open to all, this class follows the specialized GYROTONIC® Applications for Dancers programming created by Miriam Barbosa and Adrianna Thompson. The format focuses on coordination, flexibility, and strength, with an emphasis on connecting standing movements through the pelvis to enhance balance, stability, and fluidity.
Using rhythmic sequences and dynamic transitions, this class helps develop greater confidence in standing balance by introducing small, controlled challenges that improve stability and responsiveness. And sometimes, there's a musical component—so be prepared to boogie!
Whether you have a dance background or simply want to improve graceful, efficient movement and injury resilience, you’ll gain tools to move with more ease and control.
No dance experience required—just a desire to move with strength and confidence!
