  • Individual & Duet Appointments

    We kindly recommend at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling, to help instructors and other clients adjust.

    The official policy requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

    Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full appointment rate.

    For duet sessions, each participant pays the duet rate. If one client cancels, the remaining client may upgrade to an individual appointment or cancel without penalty.

  • Group Classes

    We recommend giving at least 48 hours’ notice when possible to support other participants and keep our waitlists moving.

    The minimum cancellation window is 24 hours. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full class rate, or deducted from an available class package.

    Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted and will be charged for the class.

    If no one is enrolled 24 hours in advance, the class may be canceled.

  • Class Series & Minimiums

    We set class minimums to support a high-quality experience and sustainable scheduling. Minimums vary by class type:

    GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower: 2 participants

    Pilates Springboard: 3 participants

    Pilates Mat & GYROKINESIS® classes: 3 participants

    Workshops, class series, and continuing education courses may have different minimum enrollment requirements, which will be outlined in their individual descriptions.

    If a class does not meet the minimum enrollment, the studio will notify you at least 72 hours in advance and your payment will convert into studio credit. No refunds will be issued.

  • Single Class Participant

    If a class has only one participant:

    The participant may choose to purchase a second spot (as a drop-in or using a package) to ensure the class runs.

    If another participant joins, the second spot will be credited back to their account.

    Alternatively, the participant may choose not to attend and retain their original class credit.

  • Class Wait List Policy

    You can join the wait list for full classes if you have a card on file.

    You'll be notified as soon as a spot opens and have 48 hours to confirm.

    Once enrolled, a class will be deducted from your membership/package. If no valid credit is available, the drop-in rate will be charged.

  • Payment and Credit Policies

    Payment is required in advance for all appointments and classes.

    We accept credit card, cash, and check.

    All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, credit may be issued according to our cancellation policy.

    Unused credits may be applied to private appointments, group classes, or future series depending on availability.

  • What Should I Wear?

    Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive layers.


    Socks are required for equipment-based sessions. We offer loaner socks when available, and will soon offer grip socks for purchase if needed.

  • Do You Require Previous Experience?

    You already have a lifetime of experience in your own body — no further experience required.

  • Health & Safety

    COVID-19 & Health Screening Policy
    Please stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have had recent known exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable conditions. We appreciate your help in keeping our community safe. The studio reserves the right to update these policies based on current public health guidelines.

    Masks are optional — let your instructor know your preference.

    Online classes and appointments remain available.

    Increased cleaning, ventilation, and hand sanitizer use are in place between sessions.

    Please bring proof of eligibility on your first visit.
