Effective May 1, 2025

As we continue to grow and refine our offerings at Movement for Everyone, we’re making some important transitions to how classes, appointments, and payments are structured. These updates are designed to support clear communication, protect our time and resources, and help you get the most out of your experience in the studio.

This page outlines what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and what you need to know.

  • Starting in May, select group classes will shift to monthly series format, including:

    • Pilates Springboard

    • Online classes

    • Introductory or specialty Gyrotonic offerings

    Key Details:

    • Full enrollment is required—no drop-ins available for class series.

    • Online series include recordings for missed sessions.

    • In-person series do not offer recordings, make-ups, or credit for missed classes.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancel at least 7 days before the first class to receive studio credit minus a $25 administrative fee.

    • No credit or refund is available after that point.

    • You may transfer your enrollment to a friend if you’re unable to attend. Please notify us in advance.

    Minimum Enrollment: If a class series does not meet the minimum number of participants, the series will be canceled and you’ll receive full studio credit.

  • Some Gyrotonic classes will continue as weekly ongoing classes.

    • 4-pack class packages will remain available for these classes.

    • 8-pack class packages will be discontinued after April 30, 2025.

    • Please pay at the time of booking to hold your spot.

    • Unpaid bookings may be released if the class fills.

    • If only one person is registered, the instructor may offer a shortened session or cancel class.

  • As of May 1, 2025, all private and duet appointments will shift to a pay-per-session model.

    Payment Policy:

    • Pay at the time of booking to confirm and hold your appointment.

    • For ongoing clients, your card on file will be charged 48 hours in advance.

    • If paying by cash or check, notify us at booking. You may pay on arrival, but a card on file is still required.

    • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged the full session rate.

    Package Phase-Out:

    • Last day to purchase 4- or 8-pack appointment and duet packages is April 30, 2025.

    • Welcome Packages for new clients remain available and can be used toward your first sessions.

  • Thank you to everyone who participated in our beta class membership program. Your feedback has been incredibly helpful as we move toward our new format.

    • All current memberships will end on April 30, 2025.

    • If you were on autopay, your final charge will occur in April.

Final Notes

We’ll be publishing a full update to our official studio policies separately. All current clients will be asked to sign the new policy agreement in WellnessLiving beginning in May.
