Studio Policies & FAQs

  • Cancellation policies

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual, duet, and trio sessions. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window you will be charged the full rate of the session.

If the reason for the cancellation is COVID exposure, we will waive this fee. Please contact us as soon as possible upon the discovery of a COVID exposure.

  • Class policies

There is a 12-hour cancellation policy for group classes. If you need to cancel within the 12-hour window you will be charged the full rate of the class.

If you arrive later than 10 minutes you will not be allowed in class for your safety, as well as the safety of others, and will be charged the full rate of the class.

If there is only one (1) participant in the class it is at the discretion of the instructor to either cancel the class or offer a 30-minute class.

If the reason for the cancellation is COVID exposure, we will waive this fee. Please contact us as soon as possible upon the discovery of a COVID exposure.

  • Duet policies

A duet is a session with two clients; each participant pays the duet rate for the session.

For duets, it is the responsibility of the client to bring their own partner, but instructor will make best efforts to find a suitable partner when possible.

  • Class wait list policy

You can join the wait list for full classes if you have a card on-file. You will be notified of an available opening as soon as a spot opens, and have 48-hours to confirm your attendance. Once you are enrolled, a class will be deducted from your package or membership. If you do not have a valid package or have already used the classes in your membership, the drop-in rate will be automatically charged to the credit card on-file.

  • Package and Session Payment Policies

Payment is required in advance of your session. We accept cash, check, and credit card.

Unused single sessions will be credited to your account and are non-transferable.

Memberships are paid on a month to month basis with a two (2) month commitment. After two months you are able to pause or cancel your membership at any time.

All packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Family sharing is an available option for some packages and memberships. Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase.

Additional restrictions may apply to special promotions and discounts.

You already have a lifetime of experience in your own body — no further experience required.

  • What should I wear?

Please wear or bring comfortable, non-restrictive layers. The studio is generally cooler in the morning and evening, and warm around midday.

Please bring socks to help us keep the studio clean. We have personal straps available for purchase should you prefer to work without socks.
