The GYROTONIC® Group Welcome Package starts with a 1:1 appointment. We offer it so you can learn how to adjust the equipment, pick up basic terminology, and experience how GYROTONIC® exercise feels in your body. You’ll feel more comfortable in group class, and more able to learn once you’re there.

Purchase your Welcome Package
One purchase covers your 1:1 appointment, four GYROTONIC® group classes, and one GYROKINESIS® class.

Experience your 1:1 appointment
Fifty minutes, just you and your instructor. We’ll get to know how you move and what you’re hoping for, so group class feels familiar from the start.

Join us in group class
Four small-group GYROTONIC® classes, always in-studio. One GYROKINESIS® class, online or in-studio.

Choose the combination of classes and/or 1:1 appointments that suits your schedule and your goals.
Intro to GYROTONIC® series
